Default Does anyone else have this problem with their JDM EG city lights?

I posted this in the EG forum, but not much luck in there. Hopefully I can get some more feedback here.

I'm not sure if this is normal or if something is just wrong with the reflectors in my headlights, but when the city lights are on, the passenger side is a lot dimmer than the driver side. I know it's not the bulbs since I replaced both sides with fresh bulbs. Does anyone else have this problem? Here are some comparison pics I snapped:

Driver Side:

Passenger Side:

Chad, if you see this, thanks again for the help

Yup, bulbs have the same wattage rating. Maybe this is normal since others are having the same problem too

I don't own an eg so I may be wrong. I was thinking, the light could be dim so it wouldn't blind oncoming traffic.
