Default Weird problem with JDM EG city lights

I'm not sure if this is normal or if something is just wrong with the reflectors in my headlights, but when the city lights are on, the passenger side is a lot dimmer than the driver side. I know it's not the bulbs since I replaced both sides with fresh bulbs. Does anyone else have this problem? Here are some comparison pics I snapped:

Driver Side:

Passenger Side:

Chad, if you see this, thanks again for the help

Have you double-checked all of your wiring? Also, are you sure that each of the sockets is seating properly? It almost looks as if the focal points of the two bulbs are different inside the lenses, causing one to appear brighter.

Yeah, all wiring is correct. It seems like the problem lies in the reflector.

I have the exact same problem with mine , but I tired new bulbs, aligned the lights, triple checked the wiring and it was still the same.......... I am guessing the reflectors inside the housing is different or it could be the angle that your looking at your head lights

you disconnect the red/yellow wire from the corner light to make it off and only on when you turn on the turn signals/hazards.
