only comment is that it might be a good idea if the coil wire is shortened a bit.

Which intercooler do you have? The 550HP intercooler is 9" tall and will fit under the beam, the 750HP 10 1/2" will need you to cut the beam.

We just finished a turbo setup on a 99 Civic using the 550hp and a pusher fan on the condensor side, E-mail me for pics if it will help,or if someone wants to host them better still.

looks mint .. how hard was it to take off the bumper support? I thought it was welded on, but I guess not.

4 bolts, 2 on each side thru the holes on the support, size 14 i think or 12

Looks as if it is mounted very solid. Dont know if you took into account that the engine torques upon acceleration. if I were you I would buy some hump hoses on either side of the intercooler at least.

Any pics of the intercooler mounted on the car? I thought that the Precision AS1025 would sit too low if mounted on the bumper support like that. You didn't have to cut anything except the two slots?
