15/16 or 13/16 for rear disc
Why would you not just get the prop valve and do it the right way? 90-93 DA master cylinder and brake booster. NON ABS
88-91 prelude MC
90-91 EX MC
88 accord lxi MC
all bolt on but the 90-93 MC and BB is the straightest swap with no bending of lines.

if u just wanna do the job halfway then the 90-91 ex non abs is the one that bolts onto your stock brake booster. what year is your car? i dunno if this will make an improvement because you will be pumping more fluid thru your stock prop. valve. I would wait and do everything at once

Um, neither, because you shouldn't be running your rear discs without the proper 4-wheel disc proportioning valve.
Unless you just like swapping discs for the hell of it and having them not do anything, therefore taking away from your car's braking abilities . . .
13/16" master cylinders are way too small and can't move enough fluid for upgraded brakes. Your pedal will feel like **** without a larger master cylinder.

I don't know. Find yourself a '90-93 non-ABS Integra in a junkyard and take it.

Yes.
Yes.
You will be okay using the stock prop valve with the 15/16" master. Getting the correct prop valve may make a small difference, but it's not a saftey issue running the stock one. I didn't bother swapping my prop valve and my setup works just fine. I installed the mc, booster, rear discs, ss lines, pads and rotors all at once and it stops much better than stock. It's good enough for me.
If you're worried about the stock prop valve causing a problem, don't worry. See how it feels, and if you think you need to swap it, go ahead.

Because you havent felt it with a 15/16ths MC and right valve yet
. My cars pedal feels like a rock and stops very quickly.
If done correctally you should begin to lock up the rear brakes alittle before the front, and if you really step on it you should be able to lock all 4 wheels. which then means you need better tires which is a whole nother topic.

Get the correct prop valve from a CRX with rear discs.
That car came with the 9.5" front discs and rear disc so it will be identical to the setup you have.
I believe they had a 7/8" master cylinder.
Ideally that is what you would want, but 13/16" should be OK, but probably a little squishy.
You need a little more fluid to work those rear calipers than you do for actuating drums.
15/16" would be a better choice than 13/16".
Skip the Integra MC and booster.
Waste of time IMO.
Just get the MC from a 90/91 EX sedan.
It's the same size as the Integra one and it bolts right on to your booster.
No hassle of having to swap out boosters.
You CAN use the non-abs OR the ABS Integra unit. It won't matter.
You can NOT use an ABS MC with a non ABS booster and vice-versa.
