I'm curious - what made you think that Honda-tech was the best place to get input on this matter? Find a pocket-bike forum.
But it's just a ~50cc 2-stroke, so anything that helps a little dirt bike should be applicable. I would imagine you'd start with port work & a tuned exhaust or something. But again, Honda-tech is hardly the appropriate forum.
