My car: 1999 EJ6/EK CX
I just noticed that the under dash fuse box clear label is missing. I SEARCHED and came across this:

I confirmed that's this diagram is for EK owners but the question is whether there would be a difference between DX/CX fuse locations since the CX lacks some of the DX's accessories.
2nd question, basically I'm trying to wire the white illumination wire on my tachometer, but I don't have a dimmer switch in my CX so I'm trying to wire it to the instrument lights since I only want the tachometer to light up when my instrument cluster is on along with either the low and high beams. Would the wires coming out of the instrument light fuse towards the instrument cluster be the right wire to tap into if I want that setup? What difference would this make if I wire it to a dimmer switch?

just plug the positive wire into the fuse box where the instrument lights fuse is and then plug the fuse back in, then all you have to do is ground the negative wire. I did this with my light up gauges and it works great.
