for you people with the jdm itr final drive, what gear are you finishing the quarter mile in?? top of third? begining of 4th? middle of 4th? anybody finishing it 5th??

98 ITR # 406 will be heading out to the track next week... hoping to get into the 12's on slicks in street trim... vids to follow

I normally end quarter mile in 4th gear,around 8300.. but i'm def sure that 4th gear ends exactly at 180 kmh. So if you run low 12's,i imagine that youll still be in 4th gear..

 

thats what i wanna know too... oh and for those with jdm final drive how much faster were your times on the 1/4? before and after getting it

 

if you run and thing faster than high 12's, you will probably be going into 5th, 8400 in 4th gear is around 104 on 14's 107ish on 15's
