Default T28 vs TD05H 14b, which is a better turbo?

i know T28 is only slightly bigger than a T25 and slightly smaller than a T3. if i'm not mistaken, i think T28 is T3compressor and T25 turbine. i'm not familiar with Mitsubishi turbos so i like to know which is better among the 2 turbos and which one is bigger.

The TD04 14b is actually slightly larger than the T25 and around the same size as the T28 in terms of compressor, trim, inducer and exducer sizes. on most hondas I'd say neither one is "better" than the other, w/ the exception of the GT25R and GT28Rs, which are different beasts all together.

Depending on what you're doing with this setup, I'd avoid both unless you MUST have the homemade project and feel like modding manifold adapters and such, with the exception of the HKS T2 flange manifold.

But hell, what do I know.. I've only had 3 turbo hondas

if they're about the same size, which of the two flows better?
