weird sound... ABS

i know that there's that weird sound from time to time. and ive heard some people from here.. as well as from some of my friends.. that it could be the ABS...

is there a way to fix this problem?

If its that buzzing noise, i get that also. What I do is make sure my brake fluid is full at all times. It seems to make the noise go away for a good while.
