Idle dropping slightly during normal driving, is this a problem?
I'm running an H22 in a del Sol and I've noticed that occasionally, the idle will drop slightly (I'm talking about maybe 100 RPM) at a complete stop. The only thing that triggers this drop is the fan by the radiator coming on, turning my headlights on, or turning on any other electronic device in the car. However, the idle will eventually go back up.
Is this a problem or is this rather normal? Is this going to be robbing me of any horsepower? Nothing bad happens, the idle just goes down a bit, no stalling or anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere. The idle dropping when electronic devices (such as headlights, a/c, etc.) happens in all cars. More electric power going anywhere but the engine is going to steal horsepower.

Yeah, that's what I thought. As long as it's normal, I don't have a problem with it.
