Default gsr into em1/99-00 SI

i putting a jdm gsr swap and have a few questions for some ppl. that have done it before. i did lots of searches and got a lot of my questions answered, but i have a few more.
I know the integra harness is a 2 piece and the civic is a 1 piece, and i must use the civic harness for the swap. The question is, do i unplug all the sensors from the motor when i take the b16 out and leave the harness in the engine bay, then plug all the sensor up when i bolt in the gsr? Or is there a way to take the harness out of the car with the motor?

Also is there going to be any plugs that dont get used in the swap? i know there is a sensor on the IM of the SI that only the SI has, but is located somewher else on other motors. Also what plugs will need to be extended or changed?

I would realy like to hear from ppl. that has done this swap before. thanks in advanced.

OH, BTW, I will be running a obd1 p72 ecu
