Default TO Paint the C2's Or Not to Paint the c2's is the question!!!!

This poll is not for a taste reason. I know we have our own styles, and personally right now im feeling the colored wheel thing (black, gold, even color matched). But the delima is that the C2's are a classic to me and i dont want to lose my value, its like u shouldnt touch a classic. So im really stratching my head on this one.

O yea we arent talking bout spray can , garage painting. This will be professionally done with spray guns, in a both, wheel masked and prepped, or better yet dissassembled.

Ok hit me with the opinions!!

Thanks for the feedback. im thinking glossy black(looks more aggressive), or *gasp* same color as car. The reason is the clear is peeling off the faces, and i have to get the lips repolished.

I might just buy a second set to color, then i can change depending on my moods, because i like options.

I totally agree!!! All things come and fade but the silver will stay throughout, especially C2 (3pc)!!! You don't know how long I've tried to get a clean set that's been taken care of for a good price!!! **** I would pay full price for new ones! I hate the fact that they discontinued that model! I wouldn't hesitate to paint my Konigs bc they're knock-offs, but some C2s, HELLZ NAW!!! Sell em to me in that case or let's trade!!!! I'm in Long Beach & Mine are 18s!!! LOL!!! But for sure, Your Ride = Your Choice I just wouldn't wanna see some C2's painted up! They're classy & beautiful as is... & compliment any ride well!!!! You're lucky to have em!!! Well, Good luck with whatever ya choose to do!

Wow , thats what im aiming for clean, but stylish for street, but minez are the 3 pieces so they will look different. But for some reason racing hart evo's look clean as hell painted(c2, cr-1, etc.) i might just keep the c2's silver, and recondition them, and then get a set of RH evos and get artistic.

i think if you want to paint them, i would powdercoat them instead of painting from a can.

either or. just keep it clean.

Well trust me i wont be spraying these with a spray can!!!! I work at an autobody and paint shop. We actually paint alot of wheels for a few local rim companies. done right, and cared for right(wax the wheels) We have had no problems with chipping.
