Default tranny fluid

what is the best tranny fluid to use in my b16a i have an s1 transmission...i want to get close to oem fluid

Well either get OEM MTF Fluid or get GM Syncromesh if it grinds. Can't vouch on the GM stuff personally, but do a search and all the people with grinds love it.

I use regular motor oil in my tranny. No problems so far. I don't have a B series though, but it's all pretty much the same.

use 10w-30 or 10w-40

I use either depending on the weather and track conditions of course

I have a s1 also

great drag transmission if it is the JDM one

if the USDM s1 great for turbo or the highways

Don't get syncromesh. It is a waste of time. What you want is SYNCROMESH MODIFIED

Go for the Pennzoil Syn. even with no grinds I still recommends it for any tranny that uses motor oil.
