<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by jweezy225 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">When i turn the car on, the ABS light just comes on and stays on as i drive, any idea what this means? and how could i check the codes to find out?</TD></TR></TABLE>

Use this link to check the code: http://bseries.net/html/garage/engcode.php . It's the same procedure for ABS codes. Just count the flashes from the ABS light.

Once you get the code, post it up and we can try to determine the problem.

More common than not you are just low on brake fluid, or its time for new brake pads.

no that's just for the brake light, cause mine did that.

Not necessarily true. It could be low fluid in the ABS reservoir, but has nothing to do with brake pads. If the original poster's car is a 94-97, the most common problems are either a faulty/leaking accumulator or a bad wheel sensor.

Pull the code first and see what's wrong.
