Prelude VIN
I'm aware of the fact that some cars VIN actually associates its numbers and letters to the characteristics of the car, whether it be the year, color, or type of the car.
My question is does Honda's VIN mean something?
My VIN is JHMBB6247VC003369. I think bb6 is the chassis code for my 97 lude, but do any of you guys know what the rest of the letters/numbers represent?

the V tells the year, but I forget now. IIRC it starts at A which equals something like 1982, but i forget now. (which if I remember right, since some letters don't exist in a vin, that vin would be a 2001 or something

Rather Australian ones
Rather Australian ones
VTi-R is a trim level in other countries, just like "S" or "Si"
if you look closely you'll notice it is for region "KQ", i dont know exactly where that covers for Honda, but it is listed at the beginning of a service manual.
I'm pretty sure it's southeast asia (ie Australia), though i could be wrong on that.
