Default b18a or b18b crx, have obd0 or obd1, what to do

i have a whole bunch of parts left over from buddies swaps and that, i have cable and hydro tranny, obd0-0bd1 dizzy's,injectors, ecu's ,everything needed for both possibilities of swaps, as said i have a 90 Crx si, was wondering are these engines good candidates for crx swaps, both tranny's are from LS, would i be happy with the performance from these setups, is it worth going up to the b18b, and then should i go obd1 or remain obd0, searched for results, or success, from this swap and nothing found,thanks for the help,

Budget = obd0
no budget = OBD1

budget = B18B with Cable tranny
no Budget = B18B with hydro tranny

swap in the b18b and put on the obd0 distributor. The b18b has a better intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and cams that give it the extra 10 hp and 6 ft/lbs of TQ. Switch to OBD1 later after you get it running right.
