how many miles on the car? did you do the usual new plugs, cap/rotor, and maybe even the wires yet?

Swap the plugs and wires with another cylinder and see if the problem re-occurs!

I deleted it because my answer was full of ****. I am not familiar with the ITR engine and when i saw the response i got, well, it did not make sense.

I did not realise that my answer was way off. You can't seem to be able to swap plug wires right?

Check the plug on the cylinder that's misfiring, if that's not the problem put your stock wires back on. No reason to stray from stock wires anyways, stock Honda wires are the ****!

ditch the magnacore wires, get some stock ones, Honda stock ignition is preforms really well.

And like mentioned, change the plugs/cap/rotor as well, and make sure the wires are tight
