Default Done with custom turbo kit but HELP!

Ok, I started it up using http://www.thedropshop.com for there vafc settings, yes I know there are just a base but whenever I start my car it revs up and down between 550 and 850 non-stop and wont let the car go over 15-20 mph I also have a check engine like #3 which is the map sensor would this cause this to go off or what? I set my settings exactly like they should be on thedropshop but I am getting a map sensor CEL. ANY help would be greatful.

Did you double check your wiring install ? Is the MAP Sensor or IACV plugged in good ?
