What the **** do you mean check the dizzy. You don't even know if the engine actually turns!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could be a bunch of things. Now if you have the skills to replace a head gasket and can't figure out why a car is not starting, then first thing is that you need to go back and recheck everything that you have touched on this car.
What do you mean by won't start. Does it crank? Does it spit? Is it dead? Explain man,

In my view turning over would mean it is starting
In this case it could mean its not even clicking or attempting to crank.

Its all a matter of interpretation.
Cranking would for me mean the crankshaft is spinning
turning over COULD mean either starting or the engine trying to turn over.
Either way more explanation is needed and I don't know why people are analyzing MY perspective without a peep from the thread creator.

theres clicking and it seems the motor attempts to turn over but it doesnt .i went back and check all connections and everything i touched..everything seems fine..check if theres spark there is..(new plugs and wire)..i am also looking into the starter.. what do u guys think could be wrong...with the motor having spark but not turning..
Turning over - Crankshaft is actually spinning, motor going through the up and down piston movements.
Cranking - Get fire and fuel together and the engine runs on it's on.
Sounds to me like the car isn't turning over at all? It that is the case then make sure the connections on the starter are clean and tight. If that doesn't fix it try and replace the starter relay. A way to by-pass this is to connect the positive and negative terminals together with a screwdriver INSIDE of the starter relay.
WARNING: NOT ADVISED! Just do this as a test for the relay!
Had a friend (A VERY cheap friend) who's mustang's starter relay went out. He cranked his car with a screwdriver for three months before finally replacing it. The starter would stick in even after the car was cranked and it's probably because of what he did with the screwdriver.
If all else fails. Get a new starter.
