2006 accord wont start

2006 accord wont start
A friend of mine has a 2006 accord ex K24. and it wont start. The car is an automatic and turns over but wont start. Upon arrival to the vehicle, there was some guy there also trying to get the car started. He said the brake pedal went to the floor and didnt come back up, we put in some brake fluid and the car didnt start. Brakes are back to normal. Now one things thats crazy is they guy said if you hold the gas pedal the car will run but only when on the throttle. I can hear the fuel pump come on, and the main fuel relay click, what could be the problem.
