a/c hose insulation
My a/c takes a long time to cool. It takes atleast 20 minsto get comfortable inside. I checked the freon and the compressor and they both work fine.
While looking under the hood, I observed the a/c hose passes in front of the engine and there is a lot of hot air blowing onto the hose. I see this hose is well insulated but I still have 2 questions.
1. Can I redirect the a/c hose so that it is cooler and more efficiet?
2. Would it help if I wrap another layer of insulation on it?
Or do you guys have any other suggestions?
Thnxs
