Default someone help troubleshoot my problem.

i have a 93 integra w/ an 89 b16. the computer i use is the obd1 pr4, i use the obd1 distributor and obd1 injectors.

i ran into a weird problem today. i started my car, let it warm up (has bouncy idle from something else that i already know about but could possibly be related) i start to drive the car, didn't notice it till i went to jump on the highway. the intake was suddenly extremely loud (i have an SRI) as if the filter fell off but louder, like ITB loud. i flicked my vtec switch to make sure i didn't accidently flick it, and it got even louder. but the craziest part of all, was that it is slower. i pulled over immediatly to check things out:

intake is all intact. distributor is still on and lined up w/ mark. i was throwing check engine before this and the CEL codes were as follows previous to this whole louder/less power thing: 10, 17, 43. which are IAT, VSS, fuel supply aka O2 problem. it did not throw a new code. i dont think any of these problems are relevant to the problem i have now, and the other ones i know about the problems, whats wrong, and how to fix them.

if anyone has any guesses, please tell.

its not an exhaust noise though, its def. all intake noise. my buddy just told me that something could be lodged in the intake mani or intake pipe. anyone else think something like this is possible?

not sure how that would happen....are you running without a filter? if you have a filter...pull it off and see if it's coming apart on the inside....

if it is coming from the intake then def check the whole intake system. The worst thing that you could have happen is soemthing go into the motor from being sucked in thru the intake... so check it out!
