Axle Install, Ring Clip Issue
I've wrapped up my swap all nicely now except for the fact that I can not get either axle to go into the differential. My question is if the little ring clip at the end of the axle needs to be replaced if you are going to install it again and if so where can you purchase one. Second thing when pushing an axle back into place it should just slide in place and click in, correct?

Sometimes it goes in nicely. Sometimes you push like there's no tomorrow for it to go in.
Just make sure it's lined up right.

Yea, i just did the front two axles on mine, be careful when you do get the clip to snap that i stays snaped the left one on mine didnt lock at first and I lost some trans fluid.
Ok, I figured out what to do after a stop at my friends transmission shop. Just stick the differential side and then grab the axle and jam it in, walla, ring clicks into place.
