For the performance enthusiast: Mobil1
For the OE reliability kinda guy: Honda part #08798-9014, aka, Honda 5w30 oil.
Supposedly it's a special formula made by Mobil, for Honda. It has additives for superior gas mileage and helps keep the motor in perfect running order, or so Honda says.
Go Mobil1 5w30 for street, 15w50 for track.

Castrol GTX 10w30. Almost 40,000 miles and virtually no burning. Maybe .25 quarts every 5,000 miles of not-friendly-at-all driving.

Quaker State 5w-30. No burning always runs good 
Will probably switch to synthetic blend soon.
