Yep, time to switch to synthetic. I swear by Mobil 1 5w-30 (full synthetic), it's the best oil in the world.

I used either Mobil 1 or Redline, both work great to me.

Exact opposite. You can use 10w30 if the temp doesn't get very cold. First number is how the oil acts when cold. Bigger the number, the thicker it is, and thus the slower it moves when cold.

Either 5w30 or 10w30 will be fine. I use 5w30 because thats what the manual says to use.

I also use Mobil 1 5w-30. I'm gonna try out Amsoil and Royal Purple in the next several months.

Anyone know how Amsoil and RP performs? I know many Amsoil people swear by it. (A lot of sub-12sec S/C-ed Mustang and Camaro guys.)

Wahhhh lots of Mobil 1 fans here ...umm personally I am using Lubro Moly 5W40 they're thin enough to protect my engine when I start it up under all weather in Vancouver. Also it's thick enough for most track day events.

I really wanna try out Speed Master though...all my friends in HK said they're great...

The key being "fully broken in". I think I got there at my first oil change.

[Edit] Hey Jason (typer98), I'm only 2 posts behind you now!!! I think I'll stop using this name at 999. [/Edit]
