all civics have the same front bumper from 96-00, so you'll be ok

edit: i mean, 96-98, 99-00

thanks for the quick response, how do u tell if their aftermarket and did they make an aftermarket SI center grill and lip? i saw the bumper and its pretty obvious its aftermarket but lip/grill dont tell much, my friend that works at a bodyshop said they usually have those oem to add onto the bumper.

 

yeah, they made aftermarket lip and grill, and you'll be able to easily tell which are fake and which aren't.
