OEM 96-98 Rear Lip on a 99-00 Rear Bumper *Fitment*
So, finding a 96-98 bumper is a little more difficult than i wanted. So im going to attempt to fit it on the 99-00 bumper. Using that pic as a reference, what brackets need to be broken off to make the lip fit correctly on the 99-00 bumper? Secondly, does the lip still mount flush on the 99-00 bumper, its just that you have to take a couple brackets off? Im assuming you could just use some screws / bolt to hold the lip up where the brackets have been removed. I just dont want to get the lip and find out the fitment is horrible.

we talkin hatch or coupe? im pretty sure the hatch has the same rear bumper fro m 96-00.

just sell it to me and call it a day 
. i think you have to cut a lot of brackets and modify a good amount ot things. some black civic on here before did it
