? P28 with h22 swap, will it run good

Default ? P28 with h22 swap, will it run good

i have an obd2 h22 swap in my 94 hatchback, will it run good with a stock or hondatad p28 ecu, or does anyone suggest any others that don't require repinning of the harness

If you have a stand alone fuel management system such as hondata why would it not run right? Isnt the p28 for a 1.6L sohc vtec motor? So your going to use it for a 2.2L dohc vtec motor? It will run but not to its potential at all.

No, the ignition and fuel maps are not a engine the size of a h22a. You will have to chip it or piggy-back (hondata, uberdata). Chips are good if you just want to "plug and go" but a hondata/uberdata will yield more HP if tuned right.
