Default problem with my B16A

I have a 93 Civic Couep w/ a JDM B16A OBD1 and Im running into some problems.

When Im driving about 1/8-1/4 throttle my car tends to act like its struggling and it jumps forward and the tach bouces... Does anybody know what this could be from. This also happens when I just floor it. Also, my needles on my spedometer have been bouncing all over the place? Could my motor be going out??? Please help.....

i heard that it could be my cat... im running a mugen chippped p28 with only a stock b16 and ITR cams with a intake... no exhaust... still stock 93 DX exhaust...

could that be the problem??
