Problem Starting 1995 Civic

Hi Guys/Gals,

I have a friend that has a 1995 Honda Civic 1.5L 16-v and while cranking the engine it won't start. Does anyone have any ideas what this may be?

does it turn over? check the distributer and rotor. may be bad causing it not to get spark. or maybe fuels not getting to the motor. check the fuse to the ecu/fuel. may be blown.

Listen to see if the fuel pump primes. Check for fuel, check for spark, check the main relay.

fuel, distributor, and maybe battery? not enough clutch?
