Default Can u change a waterpump without loosening/taking the crank pulley off?

I want to sell my car but the waterpump is making noise. I also dont have any air tools available. So I want to know if I can just take the cam gear off/ loosen the tensioner and slide the t-belt off so I can change the waterpump?

Thanks

no. No ways around it, but you gotta take it off.
