b18 type r motor, with a 1.6 sohc ecu, throwing code 21 (vtec spool)
Hey,
i am having trouble with a integra that is at the shop. it has a turbo b18 motor with a sohc 1.6 vtec ecu, a p28 i think. the thing wont go into vtec, it is throwing a code 21, which is vtec spool error. i am using a hondata s200 with the car. i have tried swapping the vtec pressure switch and the vtec solenoid. what is the root of the code 21, is it the solenoid or is it caused from another problem, like knock or vss???
