problem my car stalled in middle of street...

Default problem my car stalled in middle of street...

i have a problem with the car..
its the 2nd time this happend

while i was driving the car just stalled and shut off
my check light came on and my friend told me it was
the fuse ... i just got a sub and alarm installed
is there something touching? to cause the fuse to blow out?

This also happened to me, car would just shut off while moving. Turns out that it was a bad distributor.

Mine too...especially running with AC for a while, the damn thing just idle low enough to shut itself off.

Check Engine Light. Do you know how to jump the system and pull the code?

i've replaced the distributor just last week!
and the same problem happend ...
can there be something wrong with the fuse to cause the car to stall?
some guy told me my fuse blew out because how my alarm was set up..

please help

Could be any number of things. Have you had a tune up recently?
TPS maybe?
Fauled plugs?
Incorrect gaps on plugs?
Dirty fuel cleaner?

See what the CEL is as others have said above.
Anything is possible w/ a badly hacked alarm system. Depending on an alarm, it may shut the engine off either thru the fuel pump or ignition. Anti-car-jeck feature type deal.

Check all the fuses under the steering wheel because my car died out because my FUEL PUMP fuse blew.

Whoa...maybe you should stay away from working on your car then.

A blown fuse will be broken on the inside or black usually.
