Upgrade Engineering?????????????has anyone heard of them(So. Cali.)
I'm considering purchasing a swap from them and I really need some one to say that they have delt with them and that they are on the up and up. I really don't feel like buying a $3K paper weight. The shop is in La Habra and I live on the east coast so I can exactly go down and look at the shop. If anyone can help me out, please do!

well my friend is getting a swap done there.. b20/vtec...haven't seen any of there work in person but heard average to good things about them
