I have a MSD Digital 6plus with a blaster2.
I believe that I connected everything oke, but when I start I get no spark and ECU error 15 Ignition Output Signal ~ missing or defective ignition output signal.

I have a Honda Crx DOHC "90 MK2 D16Z5
The white MSD wire is connected with the original coil with-blue
The red MSD wire is connected with the original coil black-yellow

I think that the problem is in de distributor-cab,
Its from a B16A1, could this be the problem?

original coil or distributor ? the red msd goes to ign power = blk/yellow thick wire on distrib plug and the white wire should NOT go tot he blue wire (whihc is tach signal) it should go to the igniter wire (on your distrib plug its the single wire that doens;t have a partner next to it int he plug).

this is from memory, but hope it helps.
