on the stock coil use that two wire to wire it up to the msd
coil + go to the little red wire on the msd

coil - go to the white wire on the msd

I know you didn't ask for this, but I want to help out a fellow HTer.

That will do nothing for your car. I would return it and save for something else

why dont you think it will help anything on my car? i know a couple of people that have ran them and liked them...quicker throtle response and more fuel burned in the cylinder sounds pretty good to me! but if you've experienced different then i would like to know also...and so would everyone else

i can tell you from history, on my boosted Z6, tested before and after with 18lbs of boost, with higher compression then the "normal" NA will see, so when i ran, a a MSD 6AL, with the blaster coil, i only gained 6WHP, and i was running cooler plugs and after doing some testing before and after i relized the stock system is quite beefy as is.. i would unless your running up at like 12.0:1 CR, on that motor your not really going to gain a whole lot man...

Last I looked 6whp (not to be confused at CRANK hp.. ) is 6+whp more than what ya had pre-MSD right? Sounds good to me :D

yea, but it also caused me more headakes then what i was asking for, since the sparkplugs arnt made to take that kinda power, plus i was going through rotors like crazy, and even then, the $300+ for the entire set didnt really seem like it was all that, when the stock system did the same job for hella less, dont get me wrong, my car still has the MSD system in it right now, but if your just building a NA motor, you dont really need it, unless your building a HIGH CR motor... but yea, you will gain some other things out of putting it in..

If you can find a good MSD ignition or cheap, then why not just do it? I still think 6whp is worth it And the power increases increase over time w/more mods.
