Is it kind of a wobbling scraping sound? If so does the speed of the wobble change with vehicle speed? If yes, you have a wheel bearing going out on you.

i hear it mainly when im slowing down to a full stop for like a light or a stop sign (i stop for em sometimes...) so it does change as the speed decreases, i cant tell if its doin it as im accelerating.. cuz well im accelerating andi can hear the engine (hole in exhaust manifold thats gettin replaced with a header soon...)

i would say the pads were worn out, but you just recently replaced. check the metal piece that is behind the rotor to make sure it didnt bend up against the roto. i had the same sounds (metalic scraping sound) and i jsut bent it back, and voila! gone!

are the tires rubbing at all? are they tucked under the fender?
