You should definitely be in the mid to low 15's with that setup. Get those 60' times down to improve your et. I would say give the car a good tuneup and try again. What clutch and transmission are you running?

The et doesnt start until you actual start moving. The reaction time doesnt effect it.

How do they time your rt anyway? I feel like a a tiny mistake in the rt can change your 1/4 et drastically.

reaction time wins races, doesnt get you low et's. work on your launch and shifts.

Reaction time doesn't count for your 1/4 mile time

60ft time could be slightly better though

Anyways, yeah those times are low, but look at your trap speeds They're pretty accurate if you figure a 2.4 and a trap like that. What transmission are you using, if it's the DX that begins to make a bit more sense. Still I would think High 15s.. Who knows maybe your cars just slow

I pulled 10.4 1/8ths with 2.4 60fts with my stock ZC in my heavy *** ex, I launched at 3k, dumped, once it gabbed then slam the gas. I ran on crappier tires than you too, Uniroyal Tiger Paws, lol, they came with the car what can I say. work on your launch, you should hit 2.3's easy, then work on shifting faster. If you can launch and shift the rest is up to your motor.

see when i got there they do a inspectio test and i was asked to tie my battery down and everything cuz it wasnt tied..so now after i was done tiein it down i was ready to go run..but only thing that happend that day was that there was a oil spill that like caused a 2 hour delay and they didnt have test runs no more..so when i ran i guessed my dail in time and just ran..turned out that from what i read on h-t people be hittin 15's with the same motor and setup i have but i hit 16s with bad launch and first time runs..there is always hope i can hit better
