Default Minor Track Woe! Please Help

Car: 93 Civic CX
Motor: B18a1
Problem:
^The piece circled above, slipped out of the bushing and caused the linkage to rest on the exhaust. This was my third run when it happend.

What could of caused it? The motor has been in for about 4 weeks now.

its a custom 2 1/4". no they arent bent. im thinking it has something to do with the violent movement of the engine when lauching?

oh yeah I'm not sure isn't there a nut on the other side holding that bushing in place. It's been a while since I looked a shifter assembly.

edit: nm but I just seen shifter assembly pic from CRX and the end of the shaft right after the bushing, it's spread apart, here I will get a picture in a second

Take a look at that

no, motor mount inserts(37shipped)/new solid mounts would wok (300+), but not a engine damper. That damper is designed like ****, because it on only one side of the engine (instead of center or both sides) It can cause baise movement and will have the engine flex because the one side will basicly not move, the other will be realtively free. Not the best idea. Don't belive the JDM hype.

A short shifter can also cause the linkage to hit the exhaust pipes.
