Default Help: Tweeter in Door has come Loose

Somehow the tweeter in the door has come loose (and the cover) and I can't figure out how to get it back attached securely. Do I need to take the door panel off?

yeah, take off door panel. it's really easy. get a flat head screwdriver (wrap in masking tape) and run between metal and panel. "pop" them off one by one. unplug the power window switch an viola!

do you your ?

These guys are right but BE VERY CAREFUL when you're putting it back on.

Here's the trick.

1)Roll the window down
2)Take the door panel and slide fiberglass "Lip" (the backside at the top of the panel) into the opening where the window rolls up. You might need to apply some good pressure to the door panel ensuring that the top part of the door panel is pushed in hard enough so that it slides into the little opening.
3) If done correctly, you just push down on the top of the panel starting from the front of the door towards the back and the backside and the door panel will follow the groove in.

If you don't do it like this, the weather strip on the top of the Panel will break off. I almost did it. Good luck!
