What has to be done to remove the door panel?

Pull the door panel off starting at a bottom corner. The panel should be connected to the door with plastic ribets that go into the metal part of the door. At 1st I was scared to pull on panel hard because I thought something was going to break, but sure enough the plastic ribets came out of their sockets, releasing the door panel. The very top of the door panel hugs the door frame where the window goes into the door. One of my plastic ribets broke off but it did no real harm because there are like 7 of them, and when I popped door panel back on the door frame, it made no difference.

Door panel is off. Can't seem to get to the front window clip. HHHHELLLLLLLLLLLPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
