for the H22 u would keep that for the strip becuase from what i hear there is steering problems, and the b16 has to have a lot done to hit 13's i just dont think the b16 is worth it, u could probably have better luck with a b18c1. But correct me if im wrong.

Actually most people say the steering problems are BS. Its only around 75 pounds heavier then a B series. Your really comparing 2 totally different worlds though...

I think it really comes down on how much you want to spend. And as far as the drag times you want, Why? The h22 is a faster base to work with. The b16 is cheaper. As far as the interior goes, not a big difference., with either motor. I like b16's because parts are easier to get, and I have owned 2. The h22 i could never afford.

neither. Go with the b18c1 Or c5. Or if you got the duckets go with the K series motor.

People ask this everday and never realize ur going to get what ever you want anyway. Base it off what funds you have how fast you really want to go and how far you want to take your motor. You cant compare a b16 to h22 thats not even fair. Thats like the honda crv to an escalade which one would you choose.

B20/VTEC (B16 Head) and and Integra LS gearbox. I did the entire swap for around $6K CDN (approx $4K USD). Makes a good N/A or Turbo platform.

B16 = toruqeless

H22 = torque + 30 more hp

Concluding: I would gain 75 lbs anyday for an engine that actually has torque and more HP
