yeah but with the h22 your going to need to beef up ur suspension a good deal and that'll cost you, there are a lot a guys in here who done it,lol so i'm sure they will give you there $.02 soon, it just depends on how much money you got to spend bro.

With a lightweight race battery (about 30lbs less) and a c/f hood (?lbs) you can get it down quite a bit. Also the H-22 has a lot more torque than the b-16

it's all about personality, the only way asking "which motor should i get" is going to help you is if you want to know which motor is generally more popular right now.
lemme ask you a few questions;
-is it a daily driver
-will it be built
-how much work are you willing to do
-how much are you willing to spend
-why are you swapping (show, drag, autox, status bandwagon)
with those things in mind consider this, H22s have more torque than any other stock swap that can go in a civic with a reasonable amount of work whereas b16s are affectionatly reffered to as the torqueless wonder.
on the other hand, H22s require alot more work to swap (mount kit,cable linkage,peak and hold resistors etc.), b series swaps are remarkably easy into eg chassis you could prety much toss the motor over your shoulder and expect it to land in the engine bay with all the wires hooked up and mounts bolted on.
your call
hope this helps
