FMU and FPR are two different things. With a Hondata you don't need a rising rate FMU anymore since your car can now add fuel according to boost pressure electronicaly. An adjustable FPR on the other hand will let you fine tune your static fuel pressure to maintain acceptable levels through out the rev range, though in reality, if you're got a Hondata with larger injectors and a good pump, you shouldn't need it for anything other than maybe to reduce a little pressure since the Hondata will take care of the fuel needs from there.

OK I'll just get a Walbro intank fuel pump. Any objections?? If so, whats a good and reliable fuel pump?

If you're going standalone, an intank Walbro should be more than enough..

you dont really want a rising rate regulator like, JR or Vortech unit.

To be honest i think the stock fuel system w/ 440's can deliver enough fuel for most applications.

I run at 42psi and made 230hp@8psi (JRSC) at about 80% duty cycle.

So with 550s and hondata I wont need to get a fuel pressure regulator? I can just run the stock one??
