you dont need fpr but its nice to have. not needed 100% though you can tune everything within the hondata system.
the fuel pressure will be contstant set at maybe 42-50psi range and then you will be using stock 1:1 so at 12 pounsd you will have approx 60 psi fuel pressuer which is well within your walbro pump fuel capabilities. All in all the fpr is there to tune out some presssure at idle

Thanks for the detailed info man. Just trying to see wherever I can pull power from. My exhaust is too small right now so I ordered a JDM ITR Header with 2.5" outlet, 2.5" to 3" High flow cat (Kteller), 3" Stainless Piping (Kteller) and 3" Magnaflow Muffler (Kteller)... Cant forget the resonator haha to maybe make it a little quieter... All I can think of after that is a good ignition setup.

by the way you wont need the vafc no longer when you tune you hondata everythign can be done through that.
you can aslo add some nitrous to cool the intake charge the jrsc damn run alot of hot air through them

Oh yeah I got rid of it ... lol forgot to take it out. Anyway, yeah thats what most say but for some reason my temp gauge reads lower at cruising speeds and under a lot of stress I can still get out and touch my valve cover no problem.. I have a hondata intake manifold gasket.
