Rear caliper rebuild...check out the pic. Parking brake mechanism sticking.

I noticed my rear passenger side rotor was discoloring, and I could hear the pad dragging.
I just honed the brackets and greased the slider pins (#27 and #15) when I installed my AEM rotor kit, so I know they're good.
Pulled the parking brake cable, and the lever (22/28) doesn't return to it's correct position under it's own force (or the force of the return spring, #23/29). I can move it back if I whack it with my hammer, but something is obviously binding.
I've removed #22/28, 23/29, 36, and 20. I've got it down to the shaft sticking out of the caliper (9/25). Anybody know how to remove it? Will I loose fluid and have to bleed when I do?
I'm not about to go spend 100+ bucks on a new caliper when I can do it myself (and I need the money for a hooker).
You can rehone the cylinder walls and add rebuild kit for the seals. You need some special tools for the honing. The alternative it to head to junk yard and pay $35 for users, which will probably get you going again.
I don't have the book in front of me now, but I believe you'll have to take out the piston (yes the fluid will come out). You need some long skinny snapring pliers to get #17, then all the rest of that stuff behind it. Otherwise you probably can't get #9/25 out. The Helm book has a really good procedure...
Just get a rebuilt one from Autozone for $50. It saves lots of time. I was going to rebuild mine cause the piston froze on the rear one. I said **** it and replaced it, much easier. Less time consuming!

How do you come to that conclusion? The brake works just fine, with the exception of the ebrake.
I've seen seized calipers before...this one is not.

Nope. Not the lines. I'm telling you it's the caliper. Took the parking brake cable OFF and the lever would not return to it's normal position. The cylinder the lever attaches to is sticking.
It needs to be takin apart and cleaned.
