Default PULLY BOLT BROKE IN CAMSHAFT

A simple water pump replacement has turned into a nightmare. Any ideas on getting a broken bolt out. I've drilled for a week.

hey, I don't know how badly your pully bolt is mashed from drilling, but what i did to get a similar problem fixed (albeit it was a bolt that broke off in some structural steel) was that i found a little steel rod that i put in my drill hole, and welded that in place well, then i welded a 17mm(because that's what i had handy) nut onto that and turned it out with a long handled socket driver. but im not too sure on how stuck yours is. also, if the threads are stretched out, you might want to give it a good whack with a hammer, sometimes it helps.
