What might as well be replaced?

I've been advised to get my inner tie rods replaced, and cv boots replaced.

Should I as well get the outer tie rods replaced since they have to come out anyway?

Anything else beside cv boots?

just replace the entire axle if you're going to pay for the cv boots to be replaced. like 60 bucks or something from autozone after you turn in the cores.
