Springs or coil-over kits?
I'm debating on wether or not i should get eibach sportlines for my Teg or should i try a coilover kit. I want a nice drop, right above the wheels, i guess like a 1-2 finger gap. I'm guessing about 1.5 give or take some. I want to try and have that stock ride comfort as close as possible. I know i'll lose some of it, but want to have some atleast.
I've done my search but i want to know what everyone else has and what their opinion is. Its just for looks, not serious racing maybe once in awhile i'll go to the track. Thanks.

If its just for show just get springs and be done with it. They are much easier to install and you don't have to worry about the car not sitting level or anything. Buy struts though too it will help with the comfort issue you have.
i want the drop to sit right on the wheels. maybe 1.5, no more than 2. I was gonna get the sportlines on my accord, but since i have an Integra i dont know if i should still go with the sportlines.
skunk 2's with good struts and you would be good to go you could drop it right where you want to and it'll ride pretty decent. personally i don't like springs cause you might not like where it puts the car ride height wise.
its really up to you man, and how much money you got. if you have a little bit more cash, get C/O's so you can get that fine tune drop, and get u either koni's or illumina's..
if you just want a drop, simple drop.. go springs. on both applications, just make sure you got the right spring rates, i say the lower you go, the stiffer it should be, so you dont get any rubbing.. i mean dont get me wrong, u can get stiffer for not that low of a drop, but MAKE SURE its stiffer if your tires are close to the fender (205's especially).
coilovers are good for autoXing, not sure if you want to get into that or not, but the way i see it is:
if your not going to adjust ur car, u dont need c/o's.. everytime you turn the dial on c/o's, you gota get an alignment, like i said, its fine if you got deep pockets.
and make sure you get a good camber kit... ingalls, ?spc?, skunk2.. good kits

Well, i'm not getting any rims for the car, i'm keeping my fat fives on there, i seen Teg's with them on when lowered, so i'm not worried about rubbing.
