Default D-series Turbo manifold........................

I am thinking about boosting my beater EF hatch that I swapped a d16z6 in. I am looking at turbo manifolds and I don't want to spend a whole lot on my beater car. I found this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...=WDVW has anyone used one? It looks pretty nice, lots of bracing shouldn't crack. Thanks in advance guys.

just make one, i made mine for 50 bux... just go on ebay and look for a exhaust side flange, then get the turbo flange for whatever turbo ur gonna use, then jus get some short t and bend pipes. it may not be the prettiest but its cheaper

It really looks like SSAC is making attempts to reinforce their manifolds. This one does look much sturdier.

attempt is correct, recently redzone performance put on on a customers car and it cracked aroudn the runners and at the headflange, even one of the braces broke off.

No kidding I was not aware of that. Do you have anything to contribute or are you just wasting bandwidth?

Yeah somebody suggested those, I'm thinking that might be the ticket. I want a mitsu flange on mine though going ultra cheap low budget boost. Beater car once again. I'll have to see if they can flange for a mitsu turbo.

You could always use a cx manifold, those go really cheap.

^^Probably the cheapest way to go. Just get an adaptor plate for whatever turbo you are using. Check turbod16.com. Theres a guy who sells adaptor plates on there for like 20 bux. You could have a complete mani and adaptor for under $100 easy.
